- 1 green zucchini (courgette), sliced

- 200g mushrooms (champignons), sliced
- 2-3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- Cheese and Toppings:
- 100g vegan white cheese, crumbled
- 2-3 tbsp cashew sour cream (plant-based)
- 50g smoked vegan cheese, grated
- Herbs and Seasoning:
- Fresh oregano, chopped
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Fresh marjoram, chopped
- Pepper to taste
- Organic olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
