It is simple and tasty. In Transylvania, sauerkraut is a very popular dish.
Before winter is coming, there is always a tradition to left cabbage to pickle in simple salty water and use some seasonings. The recipes vary from place to place.
What I used for this meal:
– sauerkraut (natural and with green spices)
– Saffron oil
– boiled Brown rice
– Smoked tofu
– Red pepper
– Turmeric (powder)
– Purified water
– salt and green spices to taste (or a mix of green spices)
It can be served with vegan sour cream from soy, rice, or coconut.
