Bay State Milling Launches Wingold® Wellness Multi-Purpose Flour, a Blend of Innovation and Legacy, for Better Health and Functionality

 

Bay State Milling Company, a leading plant-based ingredient supplier, has announced the launch of Wingold® Wellness multi-purpose flour, a healthier flour blend that offers three times the amount of gut-healthy fiber found in traditional refined wheat flour, without sacrificing taste, functionality, or quality.

The new flour, powered by Bay State Milling’s HealthSense® High-Fiber Wheat Flour, provides a cost-effective, turnkey solution for bakeries and manufacturers to enhance their product’s nutritional profile. Wingold® Wellness is a 1:1 replacement for traditional refined wheat flour and offers a good source of fiber across several applications, including pizza, pasta, bread, and tortillas, without the need for fiber additives.

With Wingold® Wellness, Bay State Milling combines its most beloved legacy brand with its newest wheat-based innovation to offer healthy, affordable, and high-quality flour to its customers. This new multi-purpose flour can help close the dietary fiber gap in consumers’ diets, with 95% of Americans not achieving the recommended amount of fiber each day.
