Balance is the key to everything, but when the World is upside down we need to get back to 180 degrees
My First Project in my life on Veganism was my local page on Facebook, then a country-based own organic e-shop, based on 100% plant-based products for consumers. After this, I adopted a new project, after I made deeper vegan and raw vegan nutrition classes and vegan cooking classes, I remain at my recipes. This project was “Betty’s Vegan Alchemy” and has only a Facebook page. I also have several other Facebook pages and projects involved in healing with a plant-based diet, healing with nutrition and exercise, yoga, pilates, etc.
Because it is #MONDAY, I think it is the right time to encourage everybody to eat plant-based, or just on Monday, which would be life-changing, for us and for our dear animals, too.
This Plant-based pizza is made from wholemeal rice flour, little chickpea flour, organic baking powder. Who says you need complicated recipes? I used also organic Italian passata, nothing added just tomatoes, I added to this olive oil, Italian herb mix, Violife vegan cheese, pineapples, and pistachio Mortadella. I love Violife because it has vitamin B12 in its products. Trust me the taste is amazing. (for those who like the pineapple on pizza).
What You Need for your tasty *Pineapple Pizza
– all-purpose rice flour and little chickpea flour(together about 500 g), warm water, and baking powder, then let the dough sit for about 20 minutes in a warmer atmosphere
– 50 ml simple Italian passata(I used no salt, no sugar one)
– a pinch of Italian Seasoning
– 1 small Pineapple, or canned pineapple, I used without sugar
– You can add any kind of ham or mortadella. I used a local., non-GMO plant-based mortadella with pistachios, which was unbelievable
I added on top some Grated Cheese – the original flavor
Then put in the oven, till ready, about 10-15 minutes, if the oven is pre-heated. After it is ready wait for a while, to be cuttable.
Guten Appetit, Buon appetito, Buen provecho, Jó étvágyat, Dobrou chut’, Poftă bună, Hyvää ruokahalua, Bom appetite, Smacznego.
*Did you know that Pineapple Pizza, the Hawaiian pizza, topped with “ham and pineapple”, was not an Italian invention. And despite the name, it did not come from the US island state of Hawaii either. The pizza was actually created in Canada in 1962 by a Greek immigrant called Sam Panopoulos.
