The retreat begins with a welcome lunch at Vitale, the resort’s spa café, followed by personalized wellness treatments and Cryotherapy sessions, plus time to unwind by the pool. That evening, guests will enjoy a vibrant welcome dinner at Fairways and conclude the day with a floating and sound bath meditation under the stars.

Day two kicks off with active morning choices like sunrise kayaking, 5K run/walk, followed by inspiring keynote sessions, wellness talks, and wellness-focused meals. Guests can personalize their experience with yoga, bootcamp, or pickleball, with every activity designed to energize, uplift, and connect.

The retreat closes on day three with tranquil spa time, meaningful group discussions, and a reflective farewell meditation.
