The Institute of Sustainability and Technology (Hereinafter referred to as “IST”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Stan Ho as the Academic Dean with effect from 1 September 2023.
Dr. Ho is a seasoned investment banking and credit rating expert, having held senior management positions at global and Chinese credit rating agencies. He has solid experience in Chinese credit rating, capital market transactions, green finance, and ESG rating, including roles at CS First Boston, Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, Fitch Ratings, and Lianhe Ratings Global.
Dr. Ho is the Adjunct Professor of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Hong Kong, the Adjunct Professor of the College of Business at City University of Hong Kong, the Adjunct Professor of the School of Business at Hong Kong Baptist University, and the Professor of Practice of the Department of Economics at Lingnan University. Dr. Ho is also a Technical Committee Member for the Green Finance Certification Scheme at the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency.
