Linda’s journey began in the French Alps, training in classic pastry at Boulangerie Blanc. But years later, raising five children in the U.S., she found herself shocked by the reality of modern food: grocery shelves dominated by ultra-processed snacks, despite decades of health data pointing to the dangers.

“We live in a country that knows better. But we’re doing worse,” says Linda. “I couldn’t accept that.”

Over the next 10 years, she developed a radical collection of recipes that redefined desserts — sourcing organic, low-glycemic, high-protein, and even vegetable-based ingredients to make treats that are nourishing, joyful, and kid-approved.
