The City of Oaks welcomes the grand opening of Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown, the first of Hilton’s Tempo brand to debut in North Carolina and only the fourth worldwide. Sharing the spotlight is its sister property, Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Downtown, bringing together a contemporary dual-branded hotel experience. Owned by CN Hotels and managed by McKibbon Hospitality, these properties introduce 261 new guestrooms to one of the nation’s fastest-growing markets, recently ranked sixth in U.S. News’ 2025-2026 Best Places to Live list.
Centrally located, the hotels offer prime access to Raleigh’s downtown business offices and popular attractions, including the Raleigh Convention Center, Red Hat Amphitheater, Capitol Building, and Warehouse District.

The property also emphasizes sustainability, featuring a Hydration Bar with Still, Sparkling, and Alkaline-filtered water, alongside hydration stations on every floor. In collaboration with Planet Water Foundation and Klean Kanteen, the hotel sells reusable water bottles, with proceeds supporting global water-insecure communities.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Downtown, with its 134 apartment-style suites, provides separate living and sleeping areas, fully equipped kitchens, and homelike comforts. Guests enjoy complimentary daily breakfast, featuring the brand’s signature breakfast tacos, and weekly evening receptions with drinks and snacks. Designed for extended stays, the property offers a 24/7 fitness center and over 3,300 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space with enhanced AV capabilities.

Guests and locals can enjoy curated dining at Moonsong Bar + Cafe, located on the lobby level. Developed in partnership with Bluestone Lane, Moonsong serves clean, natural vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes. The property also features Urban Oak, the Triangle area’s tallest rooftop bar and lounge, slated to open early next year.
