The Art of Super-food Raw Balls

I created healthy balls for this weekend and called them “Super-food Balls” because of the superfood content.
We can’t write the quantities, only the content, because the quantity depends on how much of them we would like to have. The Superior Quality, however, is indisputable.
All ingredients are raw and organic. They do not contain gluten and harmful or commercial sugars.
INGREDIENTS:
– COCONUT OIL
– CHIA SEEDS (SOAKED IN WATER)
– GOJI FOREST FRUIT (SOAKED IN WATER)
– AMERICAN PEANUTS – RAW/UNSALTED
– CHOCOLATE POWDER WITH RED REISHI (GANODERMA)
– COCONUT
All ingredients are processed in a food processor (mixer/blender) then the balls are made with hands, which we invert into grated coconut.
You can add water, if necessary, we added spring water in which the seeds were soaked.
We invite you to find out why this dessert is nutritious and also healthy
CHIA SEEDS
It is considered to be one of the healthiest foods on the planet.
Chia seeds are small black seeds of the Salvia Hispanica plant. This plant grows native to South America. Chia seeds have been an important food for Aztecs and Mayans. for the body. In fact in Mayan, “chia” = “power”.
Today and in modern society, chia seeds are recognized as a superfood.
One ounce (28 grams) – Chia seeds contain:
Fiber: 11 grams.
Protein: 4 grams.
Fat: 9 grams (5 of which are Omega-3).
Calcium: 18% of the daily requirement.
Manganese: 30% of the daily requirement.
Magnesium: 30% of the daily requirement.
Phosphorus: 27% of the daily requirement.
They also contain zinc, vitamin B3 (niacin), potassium, vitamin B1 (thiamine), and vitamin B2.
Chia seeds also contain many antioxidants. Although chemical antioxidant supplements are ineffective, antioxidants in food can have a positive effect on health. Chia seeds contain even more antioxidants than blueberries, for example.
Almost all carbohydrates in chia are in the form of fiber. The fiber in it does not raise blood sugar, so it does not need insulin. These fibers are absorbed very easily but slowly in the body and feed the beneficial bacteria.
Chia seeds contain high-quality protein, so it is very beneficial in the vegetarian/vegan diet.

Chia seeds are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, so along with other beneficial contents, chia seeds help maintain health, provide balance in metabolic health, reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
Chia seeds are also very important in bone health. They contain calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and high quality and natural proteins, they can balance any problem of the bone system.
A study has shown that chia seeds can bring a significant improvement in Type 2 diabetes, but they also balance blood pressure. In addition, athletes are very healthy and many of them drink shakes that add seeds chia because it improves sports performance and brings the necessary nutrients to the body.
You can easily include these seeds in your daily diet, however, we recommend that they be organic.
GOJI FOREST FRUIT(Berries)
These fruits are considered superfoods, too. They are also known for their use by many celebrities, from Madonna to Mischa Barton, goji berries have been used in Chinese medicine for more than 6,000 years.
Asian Art
These red fruits stimulate immune system activity and brain activity, protect against heart disease and cancer, and improve life expectancy.
Goji berries contain vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin A, iron, selenium, and other elements with antioxidant properties.
The British Dietetic Association (BDA) team, after examining them, mentioned and supported in various reports and documents the beneficial effect on human health.
Goji berries
A small study from 2008 found that daily consumption of Goji, 120ml of juice for 14 days brings general well-being, an improvement in brain activity (thus very effective in Alzheimer’s disease), and in balancing digestion.
Another 1994 study by the Chinese of 79 patients with various advanced cancers showed regression of cancers and improved overall health.
Asian Traditions
“The sky is the limit when it comes to incorporating goji berries into your diet,” says Rosanna Lee, a Toronto health and nutrition expert.
From the high content of antioxidants to the purifying effect of the blood, thus the whole body, and the reduction of the risk of cancer and other tumors, Goji berries are considered medicinal plants for everyone in the Super Food category.
COCONUT OIL
Again we are dealing with a superfood. Coconut oil contains a unique combination of fatty acids with strong medicinal properties. You will not find it in any vegetable oil/fat.
Most of the fatty acids in the diet are long-chain fatty acids, but the medium chain fatty acids in coconut oil are metabolized quite differently. From the digestive tract, they go directly to the liver, where they are used as fast energy and are transformed into so-called ketone bodies, which can have therapeutic effects on brain disorders such as epilepsy and Alzheimer’s.
In principle, coconut oil contains a lot of medium-chain triglycerides, which are metabolized differently and can have therapeutic effects on various severe brain disorders. The best example is the Tokelauan people, who live in the South Pacific. They consume more than 60% of the calories from coconut and are the largest consumers of saturated fats in the world. These people are very healthy and have no evidence. in terms of cardiovascular disease.
Another example is the Kitavans, who again consume a lot of coconuts and benefit from excellent health. Many peoples and generations have consumed coconut over time, even in very large quantities, and have only chosen excellent health!
Coconut and coconut oil help with obesity, digestion, cholesterol problems, cardiovascular system problems, protect the skin and hair, so it is also used in high-quality cosmetics. We can use this oil directly on the skin, and against wrinkles.
Regarding Alzheimer’s disease, as I said, the fatty acids in coconut oil can stimulate brain function and this has been scientifically proven in people suffering from this disease.
A 2006 study found that medium-chain triglyceride use led to an immediate improvement in brain function in patients with milder forms of Alzheimer’s.
Coconut oil also helps with weight loss. In a study of 40 women with abdominal obesity, supplementing with 30 ml (1 oz) of coconut oil in their daily diet led to a significant reduction in both BMI. and waist circumference, in a period of 12 weeks.
We can also use coconut oil for skin problems, burns, gum problems, even in OIL PULLING.
 OIL PULLING
Chewing/Pulling oil is the oldest Ayurvedic method. It is a procedure that involves chewing and pulling an extra virgin oil in the mouth for oral and systematic health. It is found and mentioned in the Ayurvedic text Charaka Samhita (IAST: Caraka-Saṃhitā, “Compendium of Charaka”) and is claimed to cure about 30 systemic diseases, from headaches, migraines to diabetes and asthma, gum problems, teeth, and even helps in teeth whitening. It has been widely used in India and has been used as a natural, traditional Indian folk remedy to prevent cavities, bad breath, bleeding gums, dry throat, cracked lips, and strengthening and treating teeth, gums and jaw. This technique for maintaining oral hygiene and treating certain diseases is called “Gandusha and Kavalgraha” (Mouth Treatment).
The oils used for this technique can be sunflower oil, sesame oil, olive oil, coconut oil, or any other good quality oil, but they must be extra virgin and raw, cold-pressed. Gandusha and Kavala Graha have 2 primary oral cleansing techniques; A specialized therapy to treat oral problems well. Gandusha involves filling the mouth with beneficial fluids such as essential oils and keeping them in the mouth for about 3-5 minutes, after which they are spit out as a liquid, holding in the mouth approx. 3 minutes, after which the gargle is done. It is a simple but very useful treatment.
However, some Ayurvedic texts suggest that a quantity of oil is put in the mouth – we recommend coconut or sesame oil, on an empty stomach, after waking up and before brushing your teeth, kept in your mouth for approx. 20 minutes. This will involve removing toxins from the body, heavy metals, and other unwanted toxins, so it will lead to an improvement in health, not only the oral cavity but also the whole body.
We recommend spitting these toxins attracted to the oil directly into the toilet because they are harmful and quite “evil”. After that you can rinse the mouth with 3-4 sips of warm water with Himalayan salt, followed by brushing your teeth. I use coconut oil because it is also powerful antibacterial and is very pleasant in the mouth.
Reported benefits include:
Healthy cavity, white teeth, prevention and treatment of gingivitis, better breathing, strengthening of teeth and gums, beneficial against jaw pain. Moreover, in people with asthma, it is a great improvement. There have also been improvements in sleep and sinus problems, a decrease in headaches and migraines, helping with hangovers, and skin problems (Reports have also shown improvements in acne, psoriasis, and eczema). It has proven to be an anti-tumor and anti-cancer technique, anti-aging and regulating Chakras and the human energy field.
Thus, we can conclude that coconut oil is a great superfood, but let’s not forget the content of vitamins such as Vitamin K, Vitamin E, and Choline – Linus Pauling Institute of Oregon State University, quotes choline, not as a vitamin, but rather as an essential nutrient; Coconut oil contains minerals such as iron and beneficial enzymes. Many recent studies have found even more beneficial effects of this superfood, which will be made public in the coming years. This Superb Oil must be used raw and organic.
PEANUTS (American Hazelnuts)
They are native to South America, tropical and subtropical areas. They are nutritious, high in energy, contain a lot of protein, rich in minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, and vitamins E and C.
Raw Peanuts
Phosphorus, along with calcium, build up most of the mineral in bones and teeth. It plays a role in the formation of ATP, an energy compound essential for the “activation” of glucose, fatty acids, etc… Improves intellectual performance.
Potassium is the most important neuronal element in intracellular behavior. It plays a role in many enzymatic reactions and important physiological processes, such as heart rate, in the process of transmission of the nervous system, muscle contraction. The potassium content in hazelnuts is much higher than in bananas.
– Vitamin E has a role in the formation and functioning of red blood cells, muscles, and other tissues. It is thought to have a preventive effect against cardiovascular disease and cancer.
– Vitamin C is an antioxidant; helps absorb iron; helps maintain vitamin E levels; indispensable for the immune system and tissue preservation. Hazelnuts prevent thrombosis and activate blood circulation. Due to their high soluble glucose content, they prevent cancer, and recently some researchers have found that they reduce the risk of colon cancer. Their very high fiber content, combined with their delicious taste, makes them ideal for a healthy diet.
In terms of the circular system and the heart, hazelnuts have the same beneficial effects as extra virgin essential oils, they control and balance blood pressure. More than 300 chemical reactions in the body and is proven to be a powerful anti-cancer food.
Being a source of vegetable protein, it is very welcome in the daily diet of vegans, for example, peanut milk is very tasty and nutritious, moreover, it helps in grounding and balancing our connection with Mother Earth!
CHOCOLATE POWDER WITH RED REISHI / GANODERMA
The red mushroom from this powder, in ancient Asia, is considered the most active nutrient and with the highest vibration.
Reishi Mushrooms
The term “Ganoderma” is a combination of the Greek words Gano (brightness) and derma (skin). This term was primarily used to describe the Ganoderma fungus (aka Ganoderma Lucidum). This mushroom has been used in Chinese natural medicine for several thousand years.
Chocolate powder is a combination of this Longevity plant, as it was considered in Asia, but in its form of “Baby Ganoderma”, meaning Ganoderma harvested at 3 months, called Excellium, and high-quality Swiss chocolate powder (pure cocoa Aztec), improving the taste of milk and whipped cream from the coconut palm.
It is nutritious, energizing, contains more than 200 active nutrients, including the recognized anti-tumor, Organic Germanium, but also polysaccharides, minerals, and vitamins (Calcium (Ca): 49.5mg; Iron (Fe): 1.11mg; Potassium (K): 253mg; Phosphorous (P): 48mg; Protein: 2,970mg; Vitamin C: 1.2mg; Vitamin B3: 580.26mg), ganoderic acid, enzymes, pre-and probiotics, as well as other beneficial “bacteria”. It is a strong Cerebral Tonic, which is consumed in the morning gives us strength and vitality, and in the evening it relaxes us and brings us restful sleep.
From our own experiences, we can support these things, but we can also add the important benefit in nervousness, flu, various colds, constipation, lack of energy, bone pain, migraines, agitation, hyperactivity in children, balancing the digestive system.
Helps in opening the Crown chakra and the Heart chakra.
The only request would be that this powder, even if we make hot chocolate from it, not use boiling water at 100 degrees, nor metal pots, so as not to destroy its essence. It helps us become calmer and more loving 🙂
Cocoa Powder
Thus, we have a SUPER DESERT, made with LOVE, which, from our point of view, qualitatively and nutritionally has no competition!
Love is the answer
