NCIA Appoints Adam Rosenberg as Board Chairman Amid Federal Cannabis Reform Push

Federal cannabis reform is at a turning point. To strengthen leadership, the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA) has named Adam Rosenberg as Chairman of the Board. A recognized industry expert and Vlasic Bioscience advisor, Rosenberg brings extensive experience in policy, investment, and industry growth.

From Advocacy to Industry Leadership

Rosenberg’s passion for cannabis started in a pain management clinic, where he saw patients benefit from cannabis-based treatment. Inspired by its therapeutic potential, he shifted from medicine to cannabis advocacy and business strategy.

During his time at the University of Michigan, he founded the first cannabis-focused student organization. This initiative educated students on cannabis policy, business opportunities, and market trends.

Over the years, he has advised Vlasic Bioscience, a cannabis and hemp company founded by the Vlasic family, best known for its legacy in the food industry. Now, the company is expanding into plant-based wellness and cannabis innovation.
