Amy’s Kitchen Unveils Five New Global-Inspired Organic Soups for Flavor Lovers

Amy’s Kitchen Introduces Five New Global-Inspired Organic Soups, Bringing Comfort and Flavor to Your Home

Amy’s Kitchen, a trusted leader in organic and natural foods, is adding a new line of globally inspired soups to its offerings. These five new soups celebrate international cuisines alongside Southern U.S. classics, all crafted from scratch using organic vegetables, hearty grains, and fresh spices. Staying true to Amy’s commitment, each soup is cooked in the same way you would at home—slowly simmered with real ingredients—while being free from eggs, meat, seafood, and peanuts. Several options are also gluten- and dairy-free, making it easier for families with dietary needs to enjoy nourishing, comforting meals.

Here’s a look at the delicious new flavors:

  • Pasta Fagioli – Developed by Amy’s Chef Steve, this Italian classic is reimagined with house-made tubetti pasta, cannellini beans, and a blend of organic vegetables in an herb-infused tomato broth. Dairy-Free.
  • Dal Makhani – Inspired by a family friend’s recipe, this North Indian favorite features red kidney beans, black urad dal, and fragrant spices for a creamy, satisfying meal. Gluten-Free.

Honoring Southern cooking traditions, Amy’s also introduces:

  • Vegetable Jambalaya  –  This Creole-inspired stew has a traditional roux base and is packed with organic vegetables, beans, and rice for a smoky, satisfying experience. Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free.
  • Gumbo Soup  –  Amy’s vegetarian twist on Creole gumbo features organic black-eyed peas, okra, kale, peppers, and rice for a hearty Southern favorite.
  • 3 Bean Vegetable Chili—This robust mix of three beans, house-made tofu, and a medley of organic vegetables is medium-spiced and perfect for any chili lover. It is gluten-free and Dairy-Free.

“Our goal is to bring the warmth and nourishment of homemade soups to busy families, without the hours of prep,” said Fred Scarpulla, Chief Culinary Officer at Amy’s Kitchen. “Each recipe uses ingredients we’d serve to our own families.”

These new soups are now available in select stores across the country, including Albertson’s, Amazon, Kroger, Safeway, Target, and Walmart. The retail price is $3.99 – $4.99. To find a retailer near you, visit www.amys.com.
