Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation announced that it will attend the HKTDC FoodExpo 2023 by setting up a Korean Pavilion at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre for three days, from August 17 to 19.
At the Korean Pavilion, around 20 Korean food export companies will showcase a wide range of products, including health supplements (vegan options, Kimchi, red ginseng, inner beauty collagen products), convenience foods (teas, beverages, sauces), beef and seafood.
In addition, famous Korean chefs will be on hand to explain the Korean cuisines that have appeared in films and provide samples. Promotional booths for Korean beef and ginseng will also be set up to showcase the specialty of various beef dishes and Korean ginseng tea.
The Korean Pavilion is expected to provide a great opportunity to explore all the trendy and high-quality Korean foods in one spot.
The Korean Pavilion will be designed in the style of traditional Korean architecture with eaves and Dancheong (traditional Korean paintwork on wooden buildings), which is sure to excite the senses of visitors.
Kim Hyeon-ho, the head of Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation Hong Kong Branch, said, “The Korean Pavilion at the HKTDC FoodExpo 2023 will provide a good opportunity to taste and experience high-quality products from Korean export companies,” adding, “We look forward to meeting and talking with buyers interested in food distribution and import.”
