The Falls in Miami welcomes the groundbreaking Life Time Miami, a three-story athletic club, and connected beach club featuring saltwater pools, waterslides, cabanas, and dining. Situated within Simon’s upscale 55-acre shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, this unique establishment serves as a new anchor, enhancing The Falls’ appeal.
Parham Javaheri, Chief Property Development Officer of Life Time, emphasized the innovative nature of Life Time at The Falls, marking the sixth collaboration between Life Time and Simon. He anticipates the community to benefit from the exceptional programs and offerings introduced to the area, aligning with Simon’s dedication to delivering fresh customer experiences.
Life Time Miami at The Falls encompasses a comprehensive range of health and wellness amenities, catering to people of all ages. The facility includes seven studios offering over 130 weekly classes in disciplines such as barre, cycle, group fitness, Pilates, and yoga. The expansive fitness floor boasts top-notch cardio and resistance training equipment, while dedicated spaces cater to small group training and indoor pickleball. Additional features include indoor and outdoor lap pools, leisure pools, whirlpools, and rejuvenation suites equipped with steam rooms, saunas, and cold plunge pools.
Members can also enjoy a fast-casual Life Cafe, a full-service LifeSpa and salon, a dedicated Kids Academy, and a Life Time Work Club Lounge space.
